Diagram of the tapping points:

As the drawing above shows, the tapping points are named after their location on the body -  Top of the Head (in purple), Eye Brow, Side of Eye, Under Eye, Under Nose, Chin Point, Collarbone, Under Arm, and Liver Point.  The "sore spots" in purple are found just down and outward of your collar bone. You know you have found it when you rub gently and it's sore!  We may gently rub the "sore spot" during the setup phrase - I tend to switch between it and the Karate Chop point described below as I'm intuitively guided to do so.

There are two other tapping points not shown on the diagram that you need to know about.

The first is the "Karate Chop" point, which is located on the outside edge of your hand, midway between the base of your pinkie and the top of your wrist. It's the place you would use to "karate chop" a board placed on two stacks of bricks.

The second is at the inside of your wrists, where they connect to your hands. I'll describe this point to you by saying "bumping the wrists."

If you have any questions about these points, feel free to ask. I will walk you through these points during our session, so you don't need to worry about memorizing them. Just be familiar with their location so we maximize session time for working with your issues.
