During our session you will rate your level of intensity from 0-10 on the Subjective Units of Distress or SUDS scale.  If, within 48 hours of our session, you don't experience any reduction in your SUDS intensity or any change in how you feel about the issue we worked on, your fee will be refunded upon your written request. Email is fine.   Please note that issues have a tendency to present themselves in layers, and this guarantee does NOT mean that you will be able to resolve every aspect of your issue in one session!
