Hi, Laura, Wanted to say thanks again for the EFT session last week -- I was quite amazed by your incredible insight and ability to tap (pun intended :) right into some of the core issues that I've been struggling with for years.  So far, I haven't had any break-outs since our session and I feel confident that I am on my way to be totally clear, both emotionally & physically.

Laura, Thank you, I am sleeping - with no sleep aids. Before the session, without a sleep aid I would average 2-4 hours of sleep per night, if that. Now, I am sleeping, I can actually lie down and expect to go to sleep (versus lie and hope to sleep) and can sleep through the night. I am averaging 4 to 8 hours of good sleep. Laura, I wanted to touch base with you on my progress since my first session. I’m happy to say I’ve had lasting results regarding the sugar issue. I indulge in sweets but it is a different experience now---no emotional connection---its just sugar! I haven’t had any sugar binges or guilty feelings when I do have a treat. I also find that I taste the sweetness more and often can’t finish the whole serving. I didn’t tap for a while after except an occasional reaffirmation that I deserved to have my needs met and loved myself completely and unconditionally.
