Disclosure: As a registered counselor in Washington state until June 30, 2010, I'm required by law to obtain a signed disclosure statement from all clients. After that time I will be offering tapping as an ordained minister. If you schedule an appointment with me, I'll send you this form by email and ask you to return it to me. You can scan it and email it back, or send it regular mail if there is sufficient time. Thank you!
Payment: Thank you for making payment in full at time of service. Phone sessions are to be kindly prepaid through this site via credit card or PayPal. If you'd like to pay by check through the mail we can arrange that.
Insurance: I'm sorry that insurance does not cover the cost of tapping at this time.
Rescheduled and/or canceled sessions: My appointment times are valuable and irreplaceable, therefore please make note of the following:

If you need to reschedule a session you may do so at no charge as long as you contact me by phone or email a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Example: Your session is scheduled for Wednesday at 1 p.m., PST - so you must contact me before 1 p.m. on the Monday prior to reschedule without being charged.

If you need to reschedule anywhere within the 48 hours prior to our session, you will be charged half of the session fee. Example: Your session is scheduled for Wednesday at 1 p.m. and you contact me on Tuesday morning. Half the session fee is payable. (I reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of actual emergency, on a case-by-case basis.)

Appointments that are missed without explanation or contact are payable in full.
Refunds: The way we determine if tapping is working for you is by your reporting of the level of intensity that you feel around the issue you've chosen to work on. In the event that you don't experience any change in your SUDS (subjective units of distress) level during the course of our first hour working together, and if you feel upon further reflection that the work was not helpful to you at all, you may request a refund in writing within 72 hours of our session and receive a courteous refund. This guarantee is good for the first session only, and to give everybody a chance to try this work without risk.
