Owner
BIO:
Milton is the managing member and founder of Tapping Solutions. He has served in the oil and gas industry for over 4 decades. At his very core, his focus has been to take care of his customers.
With this focus, he has grown Tapping Solutions from its small beginning into the successful
organization that it is today. Milton enjoys singing and hunting, as well as serving at his local church. He has been married almost 50 years to Debbie, and they have four children.

Zack Like
Technician
BIO:
Zack Like has been a part of the Tapping Solutions team since early 2014. Since then, he has completed near 1000 successful taps in the field. He thoroughly enjoys the attention to detail and mental challenge that hot tapping entails. Also, He is constantly striving to become even better and safer at his craft. He pursues musical endeavors on the side as well as beginning to start a family with his wife Lynette.
C.E. Like
Technician
BIO:
C.E. Like has been a member of the Tapping Solutions team since 2012. During his 10 years of experience, he has successfully and safely completed over 1,000 taps. He strives to continue to grow his knowledge, skill, and safety with every job to help bring value to the company. C.E. resides in Goodwell, Ok with his wife, Shyanne and growing family.

Rebecca Hall
Accounts Manager
Rebecca has been a member of the Tapping Solutions family since 2013. She has many years of bookkeeping experience, so many in fact that we can’t tell you how many years or it would give her age away! She helped move Tapping Solutions into the digital age and has streamlined the accounting processes so we can better serve our clients. Rebecca loves quilting in her free time. She is based out of Tulsa with her family, husband Christopher, and 2 teenagers.
Mik Simpson
Operations Manager
Mik Simpson has worked with Milton Walker for over 10 years. In that time, he has worked both in
the field and behind the scenes. His focus has always been to face the challenges that come with
being a small business in today’s big business world, and to develop practical solutions every step of
the way. He also serves part time at his church running the tech department. He is a husband to
Amanda, and a father to Mikayla and McKye.
